Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist

Key Responsibilities
The selected intern will be responsible for:
• Posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews as part of the recruitment process.
• Coordinating the onboarding process, including paperwork and schedules, to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintaining accurate and compliant employee records in the HRIS system.
• Organizing team-building activities and handling employee inquiries to support employee relations.
• Conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees as part of the performance management process.
• Contributing fresh ideas and suggestions for improvement by staying up-to-date with HR best practices and industry trends.
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
• English proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
• Knowledge of recruitment and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
• Relevant skills and interests, particularly in recruitment and HR.
