Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Consultant / Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team at
AVIMUKTA. This individual will play a crucial role in streamlining and optimizing our internal hiring processes while ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent for our growing consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for internal roles, including
sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Utilize various platforms, tools, and strategies to proactively build and manage a talent pool for future hiring needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand
staffing requirements, job specifications, and team dynamics to make informed recruitment
decisions.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment
process, from initial contact through onboarding.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide
strategic insights on talent acquisition strategies.
Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote AVIMUKTA’s employer
brand and create attractive job postings that reflect the company’s culture and values.
Internal Hiring Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top internal
talent, focusing on the growth and retention of key positions.
Data and Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-
hire, and other KPIs to ensure recruitment goals are met.
Compliance &; Documentation: Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal
regulations during the recruitment process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in legal or professional
services.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build
relationships at all levels of the organization.
Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using recruitment tools, HRIS systems, and job boards. Familiarity
with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools is a plus.
Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt to changing needs and challenges in the recruitment
process.
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus.
Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
Familiarity with talent management and retention strategies.
