Recruitment Coordinator

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll oversee a caseload of vacancies, ensuring seamless coordination of our recruitment processes. Collaborate closely with our Workforce Solutions Specialist team who will conduct interviews and select candidates, while you manage candidate care, coordinate activities, and deliver exceptional service to applicants and host employers.



You will also be responsible for:

Managing the admin and coordination of recruitment activities for your caseload
Writing and placing job advertisements
Coordinating interviews and new employee inductions
Maintaining recruitment and selection records
Managing candidates for pre-vocational courses
Supporting Workforce Solutions Specialists in apprentice and trainee recruitment
Assisting with costings, proposals, and marketing packs for potential new hosts
Liaising with RTOs and other relevant bodies on qualifications and delivery issues
