Roles and Responsibilities

Sourcing candidates: The primary responsibility of an HR Recruiter is to source candidates for open positions through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.

1. Screening resumes: An HR Recruiter is responsible for screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.

2.Conducting interviews: An HR Recruiter conducts interviews with shortlisted candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for the job.

3.Coordinating with hiring managers: An HR Recruiter works closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, devise recruitment strategies, and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.

4.Negotiating job offers: An HR Recruiter negotiates job offers with selected candidates, including salary, benefits, and other terms and conditions.

5.Ensuring compliance: An HR Recruiter ensures compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.

6.Maintaining recruitment data: An HR Recruiter maintains accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports, including candidate profiles, interview feedback, and hiring metrics.

7.Providing a positive candidate experience: An HR Recruiter ensures that candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

8.Staying up-to-date with recruitment trends: An HR Recruiter stays up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices, including emerging technologies and recruitment tools.

Requirements:

· 1-2 years of experience in HR recruitment or a related field

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
