Recruitment Marketing Associate

We are looking for a Recruitment Marketing Associate to join our HR team and help us drive top talent to our company using modern & innovative recruitment marketing strategies. Develop the company's employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies by bringing modern digital marketing methods and tactics to the recruiting process to attract top talent in the community.

Responsibilities
• Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience
• Design, plan, and write social media posts.
• Create and implement strategies for building a talent community
• Monitor Glass-door and plan and execute activities for engaging reviewers
• Serve as a brand ambassador and organize various events like workshops and coding competitions in colleges.
• Work closely with the HR department to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges
• Generate monthly and weekly updates for a company's leadership about upcoming recruitment marketing initiatives
• Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement
• Developing content that illustrates our life at work
• Inspire employees to create and share their stories and employer reviews, amplifying our reach and influence throughout the candidate journey

Skills/Requirements
• MBA (HR & Marketing)
• 0-2 years experience
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Multitasking and the ability to prioritise daily workload
• Proactive problem solver
• Creative thinker
