As a Regional Field Service Technician, you will
Provide technical support and service for our packaging machines, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance
Work closely with our customers, providing them with technical advice and solutions to their problems
Perform preventative maintenance on our machines, helping to ensure their long-term reliability and performance
Travel extensively within your assigned region, providing on-site support to our customers
Work outside normal business hours, including some weekends, as required by our customers' needs
