Position Responsibilities
• Drive recruitment, succession plans, employee relations, development, communication and team effectiveness for distribution hubs in California, Pennsylvania, Texas and Wisconsin.
• Work with management to identify future key openings and develop a strategy to fill those roles.
• Mentor and train new HR talent and develop a team of HR professionals.
• Partner with Corporate Human Resources team to deliver HR processes and programs in line with business and company goals.

Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.
• 10+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Workday experience a plus.
• Available for travel to Uline's North American locations and job fairs.
