Job Overview

As a Regional Key Account Executive for Punjab at Reliance Retail, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining key accounts within the Chandigarh, Patiala, Ludhiana, Bhatinda, and Amritsar regions. This mid-level role requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience. We are seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about sales and customer service. The position is full-time and offers an opportunity to be part of a leading retail company.

Qualifications and Skills
• Sales (Mandatory skill): Proven experience and success in sales, demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Market Analysis (Mandatory skill): Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions that drive sales and customer engagement.
• Customer Service (Mandatory skill): Strong customer service skills with a commitment to providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Account Management: Experience in managing key accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and consistent performance.
• Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships.
• Negotiation: Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements with clients and partners.
• Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective interaction with stakeholders and team members.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage and nurture key accounts in the designated region to achieve sales targets and overall business objectives.
• Analyze market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and ensure beneficial partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to account management.
• Prepare regular reports on account status, sales metrics, and market trends for senior management review.
• Stay informed about new products and services, industry trends, and competitors, keeping clients updated and engaged.
