Job Description

Head sales ,marketing and business development for uPvc and Aluminium Doors & Windows in Gujarat.

To provide strategic leadership and direction for the retail sales division within the assigned region. This role aims to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and ensure exceptional customer experiences through effective management of the Retail & Project sales team and the implementation of sales strategies, responsible for achieving sales targets, maximizing profitability, and fostering a high-performing and motivated team that delivers quality products and services to retail customers

Key Individual Roles and Responsibilities:-

Strategic :-
• Regional Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a regional retail & project sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives, ensuring consistent growth and market expansion.
• Market Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends and market dynamics, identifying opportunities and threats, and adapting the regional strategy accordingly.
• Market Share Growth: Set clear objectives for increasing market share within the region and take proactive measures to achieve them.
• Competitive Analysis: Keep a close watch on competitor activities and devise strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

• Revenue Targets: Achieve and exceed regional retail sales revenue targets, contributing significantly to the company's overall financial performance.Bud
