Regional Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the Dealer, Distributor, and Architect base and ensure its strong presence.
• Reviews and analyzes regional sales and operational records and reports; use data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and to identify potential new markets.
• Identifies training & improvement needs of the team; basis regular sales meetings/assessments of targets to maximize productivity and morale.
• Maintains knowledge of the relevant market, competition, and best practices/trends in sales techniques and strategies.

Required Skills/Abilities:
• Good communication skills should have an understanding of the regional language.
• Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
• Thorough understanding of the company’s products and/or services, and those of immediate competitors in the surrounding market.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree, MBA Preference.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience.
