The Regional VP of Operations is responsible for the sales effort and operational success of the hotels within their assigned portfolio
They will challenge and motivate our GM's and team members to be pro-active, problem solvers that provide our guests with the best experience possible
They will help make Midas Hospitality a leader in the field
Candidates must be local to the area, or willing to relocate for the opportunity
Proactively lead and support a hotel portfolio of approximately 10-12 hotels to deliver desired results with respect to top-line revenue, guest service, profitability, and associate satisfaction
Travel as needed to the hotels in their portfolio
Ensure all brand standards are in place and track new brand initiatives for timely implementation
Maintain successful relationships with third party owners and investors
Conduct monthly reviews/reporting to COO of Midas Hospitality, third party owners, and Midas Investors
Participate in revenue management calls
Achieve success with brand BSA's, scoring within brand acceptable range or better
Score above brand average in guest scores, per brand main category (ITR, Overall Experience)
Interview, hire, train new GM's and DOS's
Conduct and document through scheduled hotel visits
Mentor and coach team members
Mentor, coach, and hold accountable Area GM's
Be a champion of the Midas culture
Conduct General Manager reviews
Work in conjunction with all Midas corporate staff and hotel support
Lead the budget process with each General Manager
Analyze and explain financial statements
Support efforts on new acquisitions and openings of hotels

We are seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to join our team. The Regional VP of Operations is responsible for the sales effort and operational success of the hotels within their assigned portfolio. The Ideal Candidate
• 3-5 years of experience in an area/regional or multi-unit operations position that includes multiple brand hotel experience.
• Track record of success.
• 8-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous Full-Service GM Experience is preferred.
• Relocation to Seattle area is required.
• Experience with Food & Beverage Industry.
• Degree in Hospitality or Business Management or equivalent in work experience.
