Eramosa Learning Academy Inc. is a childcare organization, providing Early Learning Programs and Before and After School Programs in Guelph Ontario.

We are looking for dedicated, dynamic and experienced Childcare Educators, who are passionate about working with children and families. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of our future generation. We are currently seeking Qualified RECE School Age Educators for our Before and Afterschool Programs as well as our Full Day Summer Program.

As an Educator with ELA, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of educators by creating and implementing engaging child-led programming, foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, and provide individualized attention to each child based on the Foundations of the How Does Learning Happen Pedagogy.
