Our Yaralla Place community is situated in the heart of Maryborough, a charming town with preserved colonial architectural heritage. Located just a short distance from Queensland's pristine beaches and scenic Hervey Bay, our +6-bed home is designed to provide a comfortable and homely environment for residents.

The Role
As a Registered Nurse at Apollo Care Alliance, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating and managing care plans, supervising care staff, and ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centred care in accordance with individual preferences and care plans.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop care plans in consultation with residents and healthcare professionals.
Supervise and mentor personal care staff to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
Manage clinical procedures within your scope of practice and organizational policies.
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and safety regulations.
Liaise with medical and allied health professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Registered Nurse qualification and current AHPRA registration.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a residential aged care setting (2 years preferred).
NDIS Worker Clearance – mandatory.
A strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and commitment to resident-first care.
An understanding of the Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS).
A passion for delivering person-centred care.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A compassionate and empathetic nature.
