Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Subcontractor

Pay: $48/hr to $95/hr (ABN Required)
Location: Across South Australia | Community-Based

National Disability and Community Services (NDCS) is a respected NDIS-registered provider offering high-quality, community-based support services to individuals living with disability, mental health conditions, or age-related care needs. Our goal is to empower clients to live independently and access the resources they need to thrive.

We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a clinically experienced RN with aged care coordination or management experience, who is confident in leading care teams and supervising others in an Community Nurse Role.

About the Role:
As a subcontracted RN with NDCS, you will provide direct clinical care while also supervising Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and disability support workers to ensure the safe and effective delivery of services in line with client care plans and NDIS quality standards(Community).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care including wound management, medication administration, continence and catheter care, and chronic condition monitoring.
Conduct health assessments and develop or contribute to person-centred care plans.
Supervise, mentor, and clinically guide Enrolled Nurses and support workers.
Ensure all team members are following care plans and clinical protocols appropriately.
Collaborate with clients, families, GPs, allied health professionals, and the internal NDCS care team.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with NDIS and aged care standards.
Promote a culture of safety, respect, and continuous improvement in all aspects of care.
