McLean Care is currently seeking RNs to join our dedicated team at Mackellar Apex Road Residential Aged Care facility in Gunnedah, NSW.

Whether you bring experience in aged care or come from a clinical hospital setting, your skills, values, and commitment to person-centred care are what matter most.

Your Role
In this role, you will:

Provide clinical leadership and hands-on oversight of care delivery

Supervise and mentor Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders, and Care Service staff

Allocate duties to ensure safe, high-quality service

Drive clinical excellence and support ongoing improvement initiatives

What You Bring
Essential:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Clinical knowledge and understanding of aged care best practice

Familiarity with Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation

Strong communication skills – verbal, written, interpersonal

Respectful, team-oriented, and empathetic approach to care

Flexibility to work across multiple shifts

Preferred Clinical Backgrounds:

Aged Care – person-centred, holistic residential care

Hospital – rehab, surgical, or medical wards

Emergency – fast-paced decision-making environments

Primary Healthcare – managing chronic illness and ageing clients
