What You Bring:

Essential:
AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Experience in aged care, particularly with dementia care
Strong understanding of behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD) and the ability to manage these symptoms effectively
Excellent clinical skills with a person-centred, compassionate approach
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others
Desirable:
Experience in a Specialist Dementia Care Program (SDCP) is highly regarded
