Job Opportunity:
We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team at the Alice Ross-King Care Centre and Gordon Lodge in Bull Creek. As a leader, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care, aligning with our values of Respect, Care, and Honesty for both residents and colleagues.
Responsibilities include supervising and directing resident care, overseeing the facility in the absence of the Residential Aged Care Manager or Clinical Care Coordinator, and developing individualised Care Plans. You will also provide complex clinical care, recognise changing resident needs, and liaise with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
