Job Summary:
The University of Miami Hospital Progressive Care Department is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner utilizing evidence-based standards of quality, safety, and service.
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality patient care while ensuring population-specific needs are met.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
Utilize evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, Bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred.
Registered Nurse License
Basic Life Support Certification (BLS-CPR Certification)
ACLS
One (1) year Acute Care Nursing experience
