Fortis Healthcare Ltd is looking for Registrar Critical Care to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Job Description:As a consultant in Critical Care Medicine, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to critically ill patients who require intensive care services. Your main duties will include:
Conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans based on the patient's condition and medical history.
Managing patients' critical illnesses by providing medical interventions such as mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic support, and organ support.
Monitoring and evaluating patients' progress, adjusting treatments as necessary and performing diagnostic tests to ensure appropriate response to therapy.
Providing expert consultation to other healthcare providers regarding critically ill patients and participating in clinical rounds to review patients' progress.
Developing and implementing evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes and clinical care quality.Requirements:
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning in the field of critical care medicine.
