Job Purpose:
Tracking and monitoring all internal audit observations, Advisory / Circulars and Regulatory submissions within Tech & Digital.
Job Responsibilities:
Tracking and monitoring all internal audit observations within Tech & Digital – Process audits, Thematic audits & Functional audits
Ensure no TD expired and TD awaited cases Ensure clear ownership is established Ensure responses to all draft & final reports are sent by issue owners Ensure information is updated on IA tracking system (ITGRC)
MIS publication of IA dashboard
Publication of weekly open IA dashboard Updation of MIS in committee meetings decks Maintain repository of all final published reports
FCU Liaison
Weekly cadence with respective FCUs and vertical FHs to track open observations Obtain & Track Action plan and milestones for High risk open observations SPOC between verticals and IA department.
Key Skills:
Minimum 8+ Yrs of Experience is required IT Audit/ risk/ compliance/ governance background Good Inter-personal Influencing Skills Banking Product & Process Knowledge
