Based in Sydney’s south and at the forefront of their field, this national organisation manufacturers medicines for a global market.
Join a small, dynamic team focused on regulatory excellence, safety and, continuous improvement within the nuclear medicine sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and document compliance with regulatory requirements including collating information and the preparation and submission of quarterly reports to regulatory authorities;
Facilitate and coordinate the timely responses to regulatory issues and ensure the effective control and integration of safety and licencing activities;
Contribute to the Business Management System as an internal auditor, supporting documentation revisions and maintenance;
Provide technical expertise in licensing, safety and compliance activities, liaising with regulatory authorities and ensuring adherence to WHS requirements;
Support nuclear medicine's emergency and business resilience planning, while ensuring safety performance indicators are regularly reported.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety cases, industry best practices, and regulatory frameworks within nuclear medicine;
Build relationships with regulators and stakeholders, prioritising tasks effectively within deadlines.

What we’re looking for:
Ability to assess and advise on licencing and regulatory requirements for various operational and engineering activities;
A strong focus on compliance;
Outstanding stakeholder engagement capabilities;
Degree in Engineering or Science or equivalent experience;
Strong communication, negotiation, technical writing, and project management skills;
Understanding of AS 4801, ISO +001, and ISO 14001 standards;
Familiarity with Australian nuclear regulatory frameworks and safety management systems would be highly advantageous.
Special Requirements:
Australian citizenship;
Must meet Security and Medical clearance requirements;
Some interstate travel required.
