Salary: £3+,000 Basic + £4,200 Car allowance + Quarterly Bonus.
Full time 37.5 hours per week - Part time hours also available

If you have expertise in Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Amputation, Complex Orthopaedic Injuries, or Burn Injuries, we want to hear from you!

You'll play a vital part in supporting individuals who have suffered life-changing injuries, helping them regain their independence and return to function following workplace or accident-related injuries.

What You'll Do:
· Conduct immediate needs assessments for clients
· Proactively manage cases and support individuals with life-altering injuries
· Use your excellent communication skills to help clients set and achieve rehabilitation goals
· Focus on delivering goal-driven, client-centred care

Who We're Looking For:
· HCPC, NMC, or equivalent professional registration
· At least 2 years of post-registration clinical experience
