Position: Relationship Manager / Sr. Relationship Manager – Banca Channel (Bank Sales Officer Jobs in Ghaziabad)

Location: nearby Ghaziabad city

Area of work: Sales & Marketing / Business Development

Description of work in BALIC:
• Responsible for business target achievement through sale of life insurance products to customers of partner branched
• Responsible for branch Ghaziabad activation & lead generator (LG) activation through regular engagement with partner branch staff.
• Conduct regular sales activities within branch and catchment areas to generate leads from Ghaziabad territory.
• Maintain discipline & rigor of daily sales activities – DSR & LMS input.
• Ensure adherence to end to end business process with in the specified timelines.
• Adhering to regulatory requirements & monitoring quality of business.
• Ensure timely resolution of queries and complaints, and controlling the instances of adverse customer experience.

Skill & Knowledge:
• Should be presentable with good communication skills.
• Should be good at relationship building/management.
• Should have excellent communication, inter personal and managerial skills.
• Should have understanding of Insurance and related financial market products.
• Local navigation skills of Ghaziabad city.
• Ability to work effectively in highly demanding and competitive environment.
