The Bancassurance Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a bancassurance strategy that aligns with the bank's business objectives. The role involves managing the relationship between the bank and insurance companies, and driving sales of insurance products through the bank's distribution channels. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a bancassurance strategy that meets the bank's business objectives Identify and select insurance companies to partner with based on their product offering and financial strength Negotiate and manage contracts with insurance companies Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote insurance products to the bank's customers Train bank staff on insurance products and sales techniques Provide guidance and support to bank staff on insurance-related queries Monitor and report on bancassurance sales performance and market trends. Manage customer complaints related to insurance products. 1 To 3 Years In Health Insurance SalEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Will be responsible for meeting sales target through Bank Will be responsible for maintaining relationships with all constituents in the Bank Branch Keeping accurate record of referrals received form all constituents in the bank branch. Shall adhere to agree TATs on first customer contact and follow-ups from the date of the lead being registered. Shall approach him/herself at least 5 new customers in the bank branch local each day. Increasing banks customer awareness about Health Insurance solutions and achieve the targeted penetration on cross sell within the branchs customer base. Drive effectively the Reward and recognition programs launched for the bank staff. Shall rain the bank staff regularly on concepts in life insurance and new product introductions. MEASURES OF SUCCESS: Achieving Business Target milestones AFYP / Blended premium, and no. of cases. Relationship with Bank Branch Manager Effective Lead generation and meet value / number targets assigned from Bhubaneswar head office MINIMUM / SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE: Graduate in any discipline 1 to 2 yrs of overall exp. in sales with a minimum of 6 months work experience in the fields of Banca, Health insurance sales management, Retail bank distribution, and Channel Management and/or DSA relationship. Local area knowledge of for customer meetings and document collections. Good communication skills and presentation skills. Local language reading and writing skills of Kannad , Hindi and Englishes Or BFSI Sales With Health Insurance Knowledge
