About the role
We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. We’re looking for someone with strong defined benefits experience to help us keep and grow our Corporate & Institutional segment funds. You may currently be working as a consulting actuary or in a similar role. Your focus? Delivering top-notch service and engaging professionally to make sure employers stick with Australian Retirement Trust for their team members.
You’ll be building and maintaining relationships with employers at all levels, including senior roles within key clients. Plus, you'll ensure our Corporate and Institutional service models are spot on. This covers key account management, tailored onsite employee education and engagement, and ongoing support.
Day to day, you'll:
Create strong relationships between Australian Retirement Trust and our Corporate and Institutional employers, from C-Suite to HR, Finance, and Payroll.
Craft and deliver account management strategies for each account, including educational activities.
Ensure high-quality, day-to-day service and admin support through the Relationship Specialist and other business units.
Boost new member growth within existing employers through better penetration, member engagement, increased workplace advice adoption, and continued choice of ART.
Spot referral opportunities for our Sales team.
Represent ART at business and community events in this market.
Lead education seminars.
Build and enhance employer and member satisfaction through portfolio management.
This is a permanent role based in Sydney.
About you
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills we'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:
You'll be RG146 compliant to give General Advice in Superannuation and Insurance (that’s a must).
You have experience with corporate superannuation funds, including complex defined benefit arrangements.
You have strong technical skills – you have may worked in an actuarial or similar role in superannuation and/or insurance.
You're a proven entity when it comes to of managing senior client relationships, including senior management and board level, whether it’s in super, insurance, investments, or other business-to-business sales or relationship management.
You have a deep understanding and passion for serving customers, making their needs your priority.
