We have an exciting opportunity for someone with dental industry experience, or someone who has been working in the government sector looking to utilise their experience in a field sales environment.
Reporting to the Channel Manager - Government and Corporate Field Sales Manager, you will have responsibility for an established customer base consisting of Community Dental Centres, Local Health Districts, Universities, Dental Teaching Hospitals and Tafes. Your portfolio will consist of primarily dental consumables with some lab products and dental equipment involvement.
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
Building trusted relationships with our government customer segment across Queensland including Bundaberg, Rockhampton, Townsville and Cairns
Developing new business opportunities with existing and potential customers
Achieving sales targets, working to KPI's, and maintaining up-to-date customer records in Salesforce
Developing and maintaining strong face to face customer relationships while providing excellent customer support.
Collaborating effectively with your internal stakeholders to ensure our customers’ needs are met
Maintaining knowledge on new products, competitive products and other general market information
Experience, Skills, and Attributes:
Prior experience working the dental industry (desired)
Direct experience working in the government health sector and corporate environment (advantageous)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build successful relationships in person, over the phone and virtually
Resourceful, and patient with the ability to influence and negotiate
Strong administrative/organisational skills & high attention to detail
Proficient user of MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel (mandatory) with experience/knowledge of systems such as Pronto and Salesforce advantageous
Self-motivated, a team player, resilient, and hungry to learn and grow
