Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Relationship Manager to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of wealth management products and services, have a strong sales background, and have the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). The Wealth Manager will be responsible for driving sales, providing personalized wealth management advice, and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
• Identify and prospect potential high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and institutional clients.
• Build and maintain long-term, strong client relationships.
• Understand clients’ financial goals and offer tailored wealth management solutions.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings to assess their financial needs and objectives.
• Sales & Business Development:
• Drive sales of financial products such as investment funds, retirement plans, insurance, and other wealth management solutions.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
• Develop and implement strategies for expanding the client base and generating new business.
• Coordinate with product specialists, research teams, and other departments to offer comprehensive wealth solutions to clients.
• Financial Advisory & Solution Design:
• Provide strategic investment advice and asset allocation guidance to clients.
• Advise clients on managing wealth in line with their goals, risk appetite, and time horizon.
• Continuously monitor client portfolios and provide relevant updates based on market conditions.
• Market Knowledge & Compliance:
• Stay up-to-date on financial markets, investment products, tax regulations, and other factors impacting wealth management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the firm’s internal policies.
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive client information.
• Client Retention & Service Excellence:
• Ensure exceptional client experience through regular follow-ups, reviews, and updates.
• Resolve client concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
• Leverage the firm’s network and resources to provide value-added services to clients.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams:
• Work closely with the back-office, investment, and risk management teams to deliver seamless client solutions.
• Attend team meetings and contribute insights based on client feedback and market trends.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial services sales.
• Proven track record of successfully acquiring clients and achieving sales targets in a wealth management or financial advisory role.
• Knowledge of financial products such as investment funds, insurance, estate planning, and other wealth management tools.

Skills & Competencies:
• Strong sales skills and a demonstrated ability to build relationships with HNWIs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand complex financial products and explain them to clients in simple terms.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and macroeconomic trends.
• Self-motivated, results-driven with a passion for client service excellence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Certifications (Optional but preferred):
• CFP (Certified Financial Planner)
• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
• FRM (Financial Risk Manager)
• Series 7 or other relevant certifications based on local market requirements.

Working Conditions:
• Travel may be required to meet clients in various locations.
• Flexible working hours depending on client schedules.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
