We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to drive corporate onboarding and transaction activation on our TReDS platform (dtxindia.in ). This role involves onboarding, managing, and nurturing corporate relationships, ensuring maximum business, and contributing to overall profitability.
Responsibilities
• Identify, onboard, and activate corporates on the DTX platform, ensuring engagement and increasing transaction MoM.
• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients managing both factoring and reverse factoring and optimizing transaction volumes.
• On the P and L for the assigned portfolio achieving revenue, pricing, and profitability targets.
• Drive business expansion by increasing transaction value, supplier onboarding, and revenue in the platform.
• Expand market reach by identifying and onboarding new corporates, MSMEs, and distribution partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate treasurers, CFOs, Procurement Heads, and Promoters to drive referrals and repeat business.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet monthly revenue and volume targets.
• Regularly monitor, forecast, and report business performance metrics.
• Prospect potential clients using various direct methods, networking, events, Linkedin, etc.
• Work closely with the product, operations, and service teams to address operational and service issues and queries.
Requirements
• Proven ability to manage senior-level relationships with corporate decision-makers.
• Strong understanding of financial institutions, supply chain finance, and the TReDS ecosystem.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive business growth.
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong partner relationship management skills.
• Ability to plan, pitch, and execute end-to-end enterprise onboarding on the DTX platform
• Goal-driven, assertive, and capable of executing strategic sales initiatives.
Qualifications And Experience
• 3-5 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, or Fintech, preferably in corporate relationship management, financial services sales, supply chain finance, or TReDS.
• Exposure to corporate treasurers, CFOs, procurement teams, and key decision-makers in large enterprises.
• Strong understanding of supply chain finance products and technology-driven financial solutions.
• Proven track record in sales, market expansion, and business development.
• MBA/CA or a relevant finance qualification would be a plus.
• Candidates with local market experience and an existing corporate network will be given preference.
