BS degree in (Reliability, Mechanical, or Chemical) Engineering with 4-7+ years of experience
Experience testing components with stressors like humidity or temperature to find their failure point
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
MS degree in Engineering with 3-5+ years of experience
Weibull Analysis experience, or any other HALT or ALT
Experience with Accelerated Life analysis
Experience with reliability software such as Reliasoft

Responsibilities
Reliability Engineering is responsible for generating product reliability requirements and metrics, decomposing these requirements to component levels, and estimating system reliability through modeling
This role involves identifying high-risk components and performing Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT) to minimize risks
The engineer will facilitate Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and lead Relentless Root Cause Analysis (RRCA)
They will develop standard work practices to incorporate reliability into product development processes
Additionally, the engineer will work with Business Development and Engineering to establish key reliability metrics for new products
They will also perform Life Data Analysis, Block Diagram builds, and Reliability Growth Analysis
The role requires strong analytical skills to address and solve issues encountered
Finally, the engineer will generate reports on reliability performance for management
