Salary range for Reliability Lead from $76,616 to $114,+23 CAD annually and is based on experience

At our Cascades in Scarborough, ON you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging division of our team as the Reliability Lead:


Develop and implement standardized processes and tools for effective handling of defects, ensuring proper execution.
Oversee and follow up with operators to ensure proper handling of defects, and support in problem-solving to prevent breakdowns.
Define and execute standards for Breakdown Elimination (BDE), presenting breakdown status regularly at team meetings.
Monitor repair paths, determine planned maintenance needs, and prioritize/schedule maintenance activities while maintaining constant communication with the maintenance department for area priorities.

Proficient in maintenance processes, showcasing analytical skills, organizational abilities, and an inclination towards Lean Manufacturing principles.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) including defect identification/fixing, completion rates of work orders, downtime events frequency/duration, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), employee engagement through Pulse check surveys, and other KPIs aligned with Lean Production System (LPS) principles.
