Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive administrative support for regional Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) contract initiatives in partnership with the Regional TTA Coordinator and the Regional Office.
Organize and facilitate events for regional TTA meetings, including virtual gatherings.
Execute general clerical functions such as data entry, recordkeeping, and document management.
Collect and compile data from multiple governmental sources to monitor and report on TTA activities.
Aid the Regional TTA Coordinator in preparing precise and timely monthly and quarterly reports, along with travel itineraries, ensuring that Enterprise System records remain current.
Contribute to the annual regional Office of Head Start (OHS) Professional Development Plan preparation.
Undertake additional responsibilities to support the TTA Coordinator's initiatives or as instructed by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
Perform other tasks assigned by management to help achieve organizational objectives.

Required Skills

A two-year college degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
Extensive experience in data collection and report generation from diverse sources.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of engaging with varied audiences.
Strong organizational capabilities, adept at managing multiple priorities and meeting stringent deadlines.
Experience in providing administrative support to remote teams, especially concerning projects or contracts.
Preferred background in event planning and coordination.
Keen attention to detail and adeptness in prioritizing tasks.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment in decision-making processes.
Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and build relationships with colleagues and clients.
Familiarity with MS Teams, SharePoint, and Monday.com is advantageous.

Qualifications

Preference is given to those possessing a two-year college degree or equivalent credentials.
Proven experience in administrative support, particularly for projects or contracts.
Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Compensation And Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package with a salary range between \(55,000 and \)65,000.
