About the job
Oracle Functional Consultants are responsible for functional configuration of various modules within the Oracle EBS Application. Other activities will include testing and supervision of the implementation.
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant to join our team in India. This is a strategic role, with focus on the growth of Oracle within the Organization. Please note, it's a support/BAU role with a focus on Trade Management & Claims processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Module set up and configuration within Oracle EBS (such as Trade Management)
- Testing implemented modules.
- Supervising the implementation
- Ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability and security
- Analyse, solve, and correct issues in real time
- Provide suggestions for solutions
- Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
- Assist technical consultants with functional queries
- Performs other duties as required
- Must be willing to travel 50% of time, as required
Education and experience
- 5 years+ of experience as an Oracle EBS R12 Functional Consultant or similar role
- Must-have expertise in: Channel Revenue Management; Order Management; Advanced Pricing; Oracle Inventory; Accounts Receivables
- Good to have: Oracle Purchasing; iProcurement; E-Business Tax
- 5 years+ of experience with module configuration, testing and optimization required
- Experience using and configuring ERP systems to business needs
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience delivering solutions in large corporate environment, and using multiple technologies
- Strong verbal and written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions with limited information.
- Ability to take independent action and/or proactively create opportunities to resolve or prevent problems
- Ability to thrive in a changing environment
- Subject matter expertise related to process management, systems development methodologies
- Experience on supply chain and 3PL operations and processes is a plus
- Expertise in project planning and control tools and techniques
- Degree Level or equivalent
Required competencies
- Must have a flexible approach to work and be capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work with and empathize with colleagues and customers from varied backgrounds and cultures.

The role is based in India and we offer a fully remote scheme.
