Job Overview
Athena Resourcing Solutions is seeking a Fluent Dutch speaking Customer Care Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Dutch speaker who enjoys customer service and teamwork.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Dutch-speaking clients, handling service calls, resolving customer queries, and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone or other communication channels.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively, from initial contact to resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
Fluency in both oral and written Dutch and English.
Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers.
Ability to build strong relationships at all levels, with a positive and flexible approach.
Problem-solving skills and initiative, with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
