We’re inviting experienced closers to join the sales team of a premium coaching company built by a serial entrepreneur and best-selling author with over 1 million books sold. This business equips founders, coaches, and consultants with the tools to build scalable client acquisition systems through its industry-recognized programs.

Backed by strong brand equity and a track record of success, this role offers a unique opportunity to engage with a steady flow of motivated prospects who already trust the brand and are actively seeking guidance.

What You’ll Be Doing

Engage with highly qualified, inbound leads via pre-scheduled Zoom consultations
Lead structured discovery conversations using a proven sales framework
Identify business growth gaps and recommend tailored coaching solutions
Support prospects through decision-making with professionalism and strategic insight
Maintain clean CRM records and proactively follow up with all open opportunities
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure excellent client onboarding and retention
Take part in weekly sales reviews, skill development sessions, and coaching simulations
What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of experience selling B2B programs or services in coaching, consulting, or marketing
A consistent record of $150k+ monthly sales on offers above $15k
Strategic thinker with a working knowledge of business growth and marketing fundamentals
Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with entrepreneurs and small business owners
High standards for follow-up, lead management, and CRM accuracy
Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a remote environment
Familiarity with modern sales methodologies and performance-driven teams
