• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• * Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
• * Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with challenging situations.
• * Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email, chat systems, and CRM platforms.
• * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• * No degree required; however, prior experience in customer service is preferred.
• Experience:
• * 0-2 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
• * Experience working remotely or independently is a plus but not required.
• * Experience with customer service software or CRMs is beneficial.
• Working Hours:
• * Full-time position with flexible hours.
• * Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
