Job Purpose:

The Fraud Management System Engineer will be responsible for designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing various highly scalable and robust applications. The candidate must have hands-on experience in programming with.NET, utilizing object-oriented and responsibility-driven design techniques.

They will manage handovers to support teams and oversee all phases of the delivery life cycle.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in delivering and managing .NET-based solutions for Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks.

This is a hands-on role, requiring the successful candidate to assist the project team throughout the project life cycle and other agile/BAU work.

Responsibilities:
• Building highly scalable and robust Applications.
• Rich hands-on programming in Java/.NET, using object oriented and responsibility-driven design techniques.
• Development experience of Banking Fraud management domain & Fraud monitoring methods/technologies.
• Experience in designing, building, and maintaining mission-critical highly scalable enterprise software.
• Practical experience with software engineering best-practices.
• Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, debug, deploy, maintain, document, and deliver highly scalable and high-performance systems using .Net technologies.
• Serve as a key technical resource in the full development cycle, from conception, design, implementation and testing to documentation, delivery, and maintenance.
• Build and improve software tools for productivity enhancements.
• Conduct performance analysis and optimization on large-scale distributed systems and produce comprehensive, usable software documentation.
• Recommend changes in development, maintenance, and system standards.
• Owning the delivery of entire pieces of the system or application and serve as a technical expert on complex projects using best practice engineering standards.
• Work in an agile development environment with teams of smart and highly motivated individuals.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work concisely when under pressure.

Qualification & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with a minimum of 5 years of Software development.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Build/Development Engineer working in .Net Solutions.
• * Must have experience in Banking IT experience.
• Experience or exposure to large-scale applications using .NET technologies.
• Implementation and Integration experience of Enterprise Fraud Management systems such as SAS, GBG, LNRS is a must.
• Should possess experience in implementing solutions on Windows Server and MS SQL database platforms.
• Must have experience implementing and integrating Banking Applications with Fraud Management Systems.
• Process-driven with a passion for automation
• A first-hand working knowledge of current cloud-based technologies (e.g. AWS, AZURE) and service-oriented architecture
• Functional competency in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Good communication & presentation skills.
• Ability to work as a team and willing to change & innovate in new directions.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, etc.).

Knowledge & Experience:
• Proven experience in implementing .NET-based applications across various geographical regions.
• Proven ability in leading the build and operation of complex fraud technology systems.
