What You’ll Do
• Offer strategic coaching in essential areas, such as cash flow and budgeting, through text and video consultations
• Assess clients’ financial situations and design customized financial plans tailored to their unique needs and goals
• Guide clients in making informed, secure financial decisions that align with their short-term needs and long-term aspirations
• Help clients effectively manage their resources to meet both daily obligations and larger goals, such as saving for retirement or purchasing a home
• Stay current with financial trends, market changes, and budgeting strategies to offer clients the most relevant coaching
• Monitor and adjust financial plans as needed, ensuring clients stay on track and adapt to any life changes or shifts in financial goals

Requirements

What We’re Looking For
• Experience: Proven experience as a Finance Coach, or similar role with a track record of successful client outcomes
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
• Skills: Strong analytical abilities for interpreting financial data and offering well-grounded, data-based coaching
• Communication: Proficient in English and local language, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with database systems and strong PC skills
