Project Manager for Remote Monitoring System
Main Area: Central Outpatients
Grade: Band 6, Contract: Permanent, Hours: Full-time - 37.5 hours per week
Site: Bristol Eye Hospital, Salary: £37,338 - £44,+62 pa pro rata

Main Duties of the Job
To support the roll-out and delivery of the UHBW Remote Monitoring System project, working with key stakeholders across the programme area.
To ensure the development of required project documentation working with key stakeholders in line with the standard project management methodology.
To identify resources required to deliver assigned work.
Develop, refine, maintain, monitor, and manage relevant project plans ensuring progress is tracked and reported in line with project management methodology.
Ensure that project plan activities are completed by the responsible officers in line with due dates identified in the plan.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Analyze project data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Person Specification
Educated to degree level or an equivalent level of experience in Project Management or Healthcare.
Evidence of continuing professional development.
Post Graduate Diploma in Management or Project Management related subject or demonstrable equivalent professional development.
Desirable Skills and Abilities
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience of communicating complex information to a wide range of audiences.
Ability to coach on behaviors at all levels in the organization, to senior executive level.
Able to navigate complex stakeholder relationships, especially in contentious situations.
