Key Responsibilities
• Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to determine students’ needs and eligibility for special education services.

• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff to create and implement customized intervention strategies tailored to each student’s unique requirements.
• Participate actively in virtual IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings, aiding in the formulation of personalized IEP objectives.
• Offer expert advice to educators and school personnel on methods to improve students' academic performance and behavioral development.
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and confidential student records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Keep abreast of current trends and best practices in school psychology, particularly focusing on virtual service delivery.

Required Skills
• Proficiency in virtual communication platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Qualifications
• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in the respective state.
