Job Summary:
Progressive Technology is seeking a highly organized and professional Remote Receptionist to provide excellent customer service and administrative support from the comfort of your home. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring smooth communication and a professional experience for all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.

Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat.

Provide general administrative support to various departments.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience:

1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
