As a Sales Consultant II, you will act as the primary liaison for our clientele, empowering them to enhance their businesses through our exceptional products and services. Utilizing consultative selling methods, you will cultivate and sustain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring their continued success while achieving both individual and team sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Cultivate and Manage Client Relationships: Establish and nurture connections with potential and existing customers, serving as their trusted advisor to address their needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Propel Sales Growth: Discover new sales opportunities within designated accounts, initiate sales calls, and conduct product presentations aimed at driving growth.
• Leverage Tools and Resources: Use available tools like CRM and analytics platforms to identify prospects, monitor sales trends, and broaden market influence.
• Ensure Exceptional Customer Care: Collaborate with internal teams to provide prompt and accurate information to customers, efficiently managing any challenges to maintain satisfaction.
• Manage Accounts Effectively: Continuously oversee existing accounts, keeping clients updated on new products, services, and pricing changes while working with internal teams for seamless operations.
• Conduct Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance updates to management, aiding in strategic decision-making.
Required Skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to handle multiple accounts, prioritize effectively, and operate independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in professional pursuits.
Qualifications
• Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred.
• Experience Requirements: 3-5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success; prior experience in hospitality or distribution sales is advantageous.
