Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Recruiter to join our dedicated team remotely. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in assembling a high-caliber healthcare workforce across the United States. Your collaboration with operational teams will involve the crafting and execution of effective recruitment strategies that reflect our organizational mission and objectives. Leveraging your expertise in HR and talent acquisition, you will facilitate impactful recruitment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure adherence to employment regulations and manage relevant employee documentation, including contracts and recruitment forms.
• Maintain and update employee records as well as internal databases pertaining to HR documents, holiday tracking, and leave management.
• Proactively source, screen, and attract exceptional talent for a variety of healthcare positions nationwide.
• Partner with operational teams to devise recruitment strategies tailored to meet business requirements.
• Employ technology to nurture candidate relationships and sustain a pipeline of both active and potential candidates.
• Offer guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate detailed candidate interviews (phone, video, in-person) and arrange necessary travel logistics.
• Engage candidates consistently throughout the hiring process to maintain their interest and keep them informed.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and select the most suitable candidates for their teams.
• Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders through regular strategic discussions.
• Oversee the comprehensive offer process, from negotiation to acceptance.
• Sustain communication with hiring managers during periods of inactive hiring.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs across various locations.
• Ensure data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Actively explore avenues for enhancing the recruitment process.
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, job fairs, conferences, and campus outreach to identify qualified candidates.
• Lead recruitment initiatives at job fairs and represent the company at industry conferences.

Required Skills
• Extensive experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with Paycom is advantageous).
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized, dependable, and attentive to detail.
• Strong work ethic with the adaptability to manage shifting priorities.
• Ability to mentor and provide guidance to peers.
• Analytical mindset with robust decision-making capabilities.
• Self-driven problem-solver with a professional demeanor.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Honest, objective, and professional in all interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Capable of working autonomously with minimal oversight.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a staffing or dynamic corporate environment.
• Preferred background in the healthcare sector.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service, complemented by exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
