To support the Logistics & Operations Lead by overseeing and managing day-to-day tasks that drive Astrid & Miyu's omnichannel distribution and fulfilment operations.

Warehouse Management

Managing communication to and from the warehouse as well as any ad-hoc queries.

Reviewing and resolving all quality/interface errors in the supply chain.

Monitoring supply chain costs.

Coordinate Supplier and B2B International shipments, creating and reviewing Commercial Invoices.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with our external and internal stakeholders and solve any shipping or inventory issues.

Managing Inventory Databases

Maintaining accurate and consistent records of stock within the warehouse.

Ensure a smooth transition of all orders to the warehouse via our inventory software.

Monitor stock movements, ensuring all teams are updated on the supply chain process.

Inbound/Outbound & Reverse Logistics

Managing the movement of Purchase orders, collaborating with the Production Team and tracking shipment arrivals into the warehouse.

Collaborating with multiple teams to ensure the smooth transition of the supply chain.

Supporting the warehouse with any reverse logistics queries.

Data Management

Data collection and analysis of performance metrics such as, on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and shipping costs.

Creating and establishing an organised and thorough local file database (Google Drive/trackers/dashboards).

Identify any cost-saving opportunities within the logistics process.

Experience in supply chain management.

Ability to analyse data and strong communication skills, with the ability to manage projects from start to finish.

Understanding of warehouse and transportation management.
