Job Description: (SPE and SME)
• Manage top of funnel sales process.
• Generate new demand (e.g. individual leads and/or buying groups) for the sales organization to pursue
• Qualify demand (e.g. individual leads and/ or buying groups) against established criteria before passing a lead to inside reps, field reps or channel partners
• In collaborate with client team: Discover, validate and reach out to additional personas typically involved in a buying decision to determine possible buying groups for delivery to field sales
• In collaborate with client team: Nurture predetermined groups of prospects back from field or channel sales by using multiple touch tactics (e.g. telephone, email, social)
• As a secondary responsibility process inbound demand using a range of tactics (e.g. telephone, email, social)
• In collaborate with client team: Reach and have meaningful, productive conversations with individuals representing the buyer personas targeted by the organization
• Track and manage prospecting and qualification
• Work closely with Marketing, Commercial Leads, and Leadership on outreach campaigns.
• Comply with all demand management related service-level agreements
• In collaborate with client team: Provide accurate weekly forecasts to marketing and sales on the volume of qualified demand expected to reach the qualified stage
• Generating and qualifying new leads
• Developing and maintaining customer relationships
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Negotiating contracts
• Promoting products and services
• Delivering quality customer service
• Communicating with all levels of the organization

Experience
• Experienced in managing sales and development
• Experience in lead generation and moving leads through the sales pipeline.
• Experience in making cold calls, sending cold emails.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital marketing experience, SEO experience ( Preferred)
• Strong negotiation influencing skills

Education
• Graduate / Post Graduate degree in Business, Sales or Marketing (SME position)

• Advanced skills in SQL Salesforce (SFDC) (Preferred)

Data Analysis
• Intermediate skills in MS Excel, Google sheets and Tableau

Client Management
• Must have minimum 3 years of relevant experience with Client Servicing

Preferred: Knowledge of LiveRamp systems and products (Ingestion, FBR, Segment, DM, Activations (Back end/Matching), OPI, as well as APIs, client side tags, and endpoint configuration) knowledge of LiveRamp database (RapLeaf Database/ RLDB), rails, SQL, Safe Haven, Amazon Redshift, Google Cloud Platform
