The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Yelahanka Bangalore branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Bangalore:
• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Bangalore branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Bangalore customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Bangalore customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
• Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
• Responsible to Branch Customer Service at Bangalore branch
• Responsible to handle MIS Job
• Co-ordinate with business team to resolve recon exception on daily basis

Desired Candidate Profile for Branch Operations Job in Bangalore:
• Candidate should be Graduate or above
• Basic knowledge of Operations work in the Bank
• 0-3 yrs of relevant experience in Bangalore
• Good communication skills must needed to manager client in flow.
• High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm as a good learner.
