The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Borivali Mumbai branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Mumbai:
• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Mumbai branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Mumbai customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Mumbai customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
• Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
• Responsible to Branch Customer Service at Mumbai branch
• Responsible to handle MIS Job
• Co-ordinate with business team to resolve recon exception on daily basis

Desired Candidate Profile for Branch Operations Job in Mumbai:
• Candidate should be Graduate or above
• Basic knowledge of Operations work in the Bank
• 0-3 yrs of relevant experience in Mumbai
• Good communication skills must needed to manager client in flow.
• High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm as a good learner.
