The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Nainital branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Nainital:
• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Nainital branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Nainital customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Nainital customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
• Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
• Responsible to Branch Customer Service at Nainital branch
