The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Vatanappally branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Vatanappally:
• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Vatanappally branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Vatanappally customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Vatanappally customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
• Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
