As a Branch Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our branches across India. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating various operational activities, including customer service, cash management, compliance, and administrative tasks. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Manage and train branch staff to deliver exceptional customer service
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor and maintain cash levels in the branch, ensuring accuracy and security
• Coordinate with various departments to resolve operational issues and improve processes
• Prepare and analyze branch performance reports, identifying areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
• Implement and enforce security measures to protect the branch and its assets
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new branch staff
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in branch operations
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in branch operations or a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Strong knowledge of banking operations and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership abilities and the ability to work well in a team
• Proficient in using MS Office applications
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
