4Mile has teamed up with a respected organisation who have been rescuing and caring for native animals for over 30 years with a mission to actively rehabilitate and preserve Australian wildlife and inspire others to do the same.
We are currently looking for multiple rescue coordinators/customer service representatives to join our team based in our Lambton Quay call centre which operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Currently we have vacancies to cover our morning, evening and weekend shifts.
You will oversee basic enquires, registering, updating, and following up cases under the guidance of your Team Leader.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH THE FOLLOWING:
A strong customer focus and general knowledge about Wildlife – do you know the difference between a microbat and a flying fox?
A genuine desire to help the community and make a difference every day
Have a pleasant manner and can-do attitude
Ability to identify and escalate priority issues and exceptional problem-solving skills
Sound written and verbal communication skills
Must be computer savvy with the confidence of using multiple software platforms
Attention to detail making certain on capturing accurate data and providing accurate information to stakeholders
